We are looking for someone to join our Programmatic team as a Programmatic Account Executive. Collaborating with a talented group of digital media enthusiasts you'll be working on a variety of clients to deliver online Programmatic campaigns for global brands. This role promises hands-on experience, early responsibilities, and career progression in a sector that's constantly evolving, with ample support and training to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

● Campaign Management: Build campaigns and buy media across formats, platforms and partners including Display, Video (incl YouTube), Native, Audio, Connected TV, Digital Out Of Home, Amazon and In-game (we will give you lots of training and support in this)

● Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements

● Account Optimisation: Identify trends, analyse key metrics, and make adjustments to keep accounts performing at their best

● Client Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with your clients, keeping them informed on performance and growth opportunities on a regular basis

● Strategic Development: Drive innovation within accounts and contribute to new client ideas and opportunities

What We're Looking For

● Strong analytical and numerical skills with a strategic, problem-solving mindset

● Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to learn more about digital marketing

● Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interactions

● A genuine interest in the fast-paced, tech-driven landscape of digital media

● Up to one year of programmatic experience
