We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our high performance marketing team and create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media for our clients.

We believe that great design is not just about making things "pop," but about crafting meaningful and visually compelling solutions for our clients in the tech industry.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

Minimum Requirements: 

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field 

Good foundation in design principles

Advanced Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Strong eye for typography, colour, and hierarchy – as well as attention to detail

Copywriting skills advantageous but not compulsory

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of designs for marketing communications or other graphics

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Figma, Canva)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for conceptualising and originating designs for our tech startup clients marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL digital marketing, social media graphic design as well as internal communications. You will need to translate ideas and concepts from our clients into compelling, stand-out creative designs.

Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest design and art trends to ensure our work remains fresh and relevant.

Layout and Composition: Skillfully arrange and present products in a visually appealing manner that enhances their marketability. 

Image Sourcing and Editing: Source and edit images for use in client advertising campaigns

Multi-Medium Design: Work with various design mediums, including digital and print, to create compelling visuals. 

Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including in house marketing teams, clients, and suppliers, to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. 

Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with key stakeholders to understand their design needs and present design concepts and solutions effectively.

Brand Management: Ensure that all designs align with and reinforce our clients' brand identity and guidelines. 

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and ensure designs meet industry standards and project requirements. 

We're looking for someone who can work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently who is self-motivated and well-organised with effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines. We need a team player with the ability to work with marketing managers and clients as well as being proactive and conscientious. Our company culture is based on mutual respect and trust, as well as strong work ethics and accountability.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

We work on a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
