Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated
Project Manager
with hands-on experience in
SAP SuccessFactors
modules such as
Employee Central (EC), Time, and Payroll
. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering SAP HR-related projects within timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Time, Payroll, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support change management and communication activities across teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing, training, and deployment phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a
    Project Manager
    in SAP environments.
  • Experience in
    SAP SuccessFactors
    (Employee Central, Time, Payroll preferred).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
