Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in the Energy Sector to drive business development and sales growth in the energy sector. This full-time role involves engaging with clients, delivering product expertise, and offering financing solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client relationships, conduct regular visits, and promote our full range of offerings across the assigned territory which includes experience in project development in renewable energy, diesel and gas generators, steam-turbo, transmission and distribution. Industrial sector related experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities


•Identify, develop, and manage new dealer and client relationships for all product brands handled by the company


•Build and maintain a strong customer network and meet or exceed sales targets


•Drive sales growth within the assigned territory through effective communication and client engagement


•Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of importers, dealers, and customer contacts


•Promote vehicle and equipment sales programs, including new, used, and cross-brand opportunities


•Provide product knowledge and financing guidance to prospective and existing customers

Qualifications & Skills


•5–8 years of proven sales experience in developing dealer networks and B2B client portfolios


•Strong ability to build lasting relationships and deliver results against sales goals


•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills


•Solid understanding of relevant industry sectors and regulatory frameworks


•Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite


•Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities


•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


•Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven approach


•Willingness to travel regionally and/or internationally as required


•Must own a reliable vehicle

Education


•Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
