Are you a dynamic sales executive with a proven record in IT contracting and resourcing?
Our client, a top-tier International Recruitment and Search firm, is seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive/Manager to drive strategic growth, expand enterprise partnerships, and establish a high-performing IT contracting division.
Develop and execute a national sales strategy across the IT contracting and resourcing portfolio
Secure and manage large-scale government and corporate contracts
Manage tender submissions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
Establish long-term client relationships
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management within IT recruitment, contracting and professional services
Proven success in winning tenders and securing multi-year agreements
Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales teams
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for growth
This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly at Group Executive level, offering the opportunity to shape national strategy, lead major contracting initiatives, and drive sustainable revenue growth across an established and respected organisation.
