IR/ER Specialist

The ER/IR Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's global employee relations and industrial relations strategy. This includes the development of consistent and compliant HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), dispute resolution frameworks, and labour compliance structures across multiple regions.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or certification in Labour Law / Employee Relations is advantageous.
- Minimum 6–8 years in a senior ER/IR role, preferably with international or multi-region exposure.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and SOPs across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of South African labour law and at least one additional region (Namibia/UK/China preferred).
