As our Operations Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, driving process improvements, and supporting our rapid growth in the short-term lending industry.

What Youll Do:

Client Onboarding & Management Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients while maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
Operational Efficiency Identify, implement, and optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Risk & Compliance Management Enforce effective policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks while ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
Data & CRM Management Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client data, track performance, and enhance reporting accuracy.
Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
KPI Monitoring & Reporting Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall operational success.
Problem-Solving & Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Experience: Proven track record in operationspreferably within the financial services or lending industry.

Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data management tools.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.

Attention to Detail: A strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and risk management.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
