Butchery Manager required for a very Busy Wholesale Butchery with a small Retail Deli. Must have a proven track record in the meat wholesale industry. Minimum of 10+ years experience. Contactable references must be provided. Must be able to oversee the team, manage dispatch / receiving and oversee all orders, stock rotation. Salary Negotiable based on previous experience and value add to the business.
