About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Key Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with our most valued clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional service and strategic account management. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and able to balance client needs with wider business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance performance.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery.

Liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate reporting and documentation.

Prepare and review client reports, investor factsheets, and relevant documentation.

Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.

Ensure correct billing and fees, and support legislative or compliance updates.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and insights.

What We're Looking For

  • LLB degree (essential).
  • Completed vocational training (articles of clerkship) and admitted as an attorney in South Africa.
  • 2–4 years' post-admission experience as an attorney.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

What We Offer

Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month (commensurate with experience and track record)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Leave: 15 days plus South African public holidays
