What You'll Be Doing

· Gather, analyze, and document
business and technical requirements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on
API integrations

middleware implementations

· Design and optimize
service delivery frameworks
(ITIL, SLAs, KPIs)

· Translate business needs into technical solutions using tools like
SQL

REST/SOAP
, and
BPMN/UML

· Manage end-to-end
UAT
, change requests, and production rollouts

· Develop detailed technical and process documentation

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

5+ years
as a Technical / IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Integration Analyst

· Proven experience in
system integration
and
data flow analysis

· Strong command of
SQL
,
Power BI
, and
API technologies

· Understanding of
ITIL
,
service management
, and
process mapping

· Excellent communication skills — able to align stakeholders from tech to exec

·
Financial services experience
is a strong advantage
