What You'll Do

  • Build and lead H1 operations engine — spanning finance, IT, HR, and governance.
  • Build a high performing team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement systems, SOPs, and dashboards that keep the business running smoothly and oversee reporting to our funders and investors.
  • Oversee financial operations with our finance team: budgeting, cash flow, and reporting with discipline and accuracy.
  • Drive process efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across the Group.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
  • Provide strong governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • An energetic "A Player" with proven ability to bridge vision and execution.
  • 10+ years' experience in infrastructure, investment management or operations.
  • Excellent communicator with high integrity and a track record of delivery.
  • Strong commercial judgment, governance experience, and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams and scaling operational systems.

What Sets You Apart

  • CA(SA), MBA, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment management.
  • Experience implementing group-wide systems or process improvements.
  • Passion for sustainability and long-term institutional growth.
