Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Representative
to grow our market share within the
aluminium window and door industry
. The successful candidate will set sales goals, manage key customer accounts, grow revenue, prepare accurate forecasts, and ensure targets and budgets are met. This role will focus heavily on building strong relationships with clients in both the
retail hardware and construction sectors
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and expanding the customer base.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to strengthen market presence in the aluminium window sector.
  • Promote products to hardware retailers, fabricators, and construction companies in the Gauteng region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers to increase sales.
  • Oversee local and regional sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
  • Track and analyse sales performance using key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns related to products or services.
  • Identify emerging market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans to maximise growth potential.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements
*Minimum Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the aluminium window/door or building materials industry (Highly advantageous).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the construction supply chain and hardware retail market.
