We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to support our commercial growth by nurturing existing relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining a strong client portfolio, driving retention, and enabling long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Cross-Selling Strategy: Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce additional software products and services that align with client needs.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed cross-sell and upsell targets by developing tailored account strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions and how they address client challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Reporting & CRM: Track all client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B software sales.
  • Proven success in cross-selling or upselling within existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain software features and benefits.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must have own transportation
