You have completed your N6. You need 18 months of practical experience for your National N Diploma in Business Management. You have probably seen dozens of internships promising "valuable experience" that actually involve filing papers, making coffee, and waiting for a small government stipend.

We are not that internship.

Why We Built This Program Differently

We studied the official Business Management N4-N6 logbook and realized something critical: You cannot manage a business if you don't understand where the money comes from.

Most internships tick logbook boxes with safe administrative tasks. Your portfolio gets filled, but you still can't:

• Close a sale or handle customer objections
• Train and motivate a team to perform
• Build strategies that actually generate revenue
• Lead people through challenges and conflicts
• Expand a business into new markets

At Zibuke Africa, we focus on Sales, Marketing, and Team Leadership because these are the only skills that guarantee you can manage any business successfully. If you can sell, you can manage. If you can manage sales teams, you can run companies.

How This Program is Funded

This internship is NOT funded by any SETA or government grant. Every cent of your stipend comes directly from Zibuke Africa's operational profits. We are investing our own money in your development.

What this means:

• We are serious about your success and expect equal commitment from you
• We reserve the right to withdraw stipends or remove participants if performance drops significantly or absenteeism becomes problematic
• You are not just collecting time; you are building real business capabilities.

Your 18-Month Journey: From Seller to Manager

Phase 1: Revenue Generation (Months "Learn How Money is Made"

Your Role: Frontline Sales Representative

Daily Reality: Face-to-face selling of the Zibuke App in retail environments with real customers, real objections, and real results

Logbook Coverage: Sales Management (Customer Service & Sales), Workplace Competencies, Marketing Communication, Financial Accounting basics

Phase 2: Team Leadership (Months "Learn to Multiply Yourself"

Your Role: Sales Trainer and Team Manager

Daily Reality: Design training programs, manage intern schedules, track team performance, and coach new sales representatives.

Logbook Coverage: Sales Management (Training & Organizing Staff), Labour Relations, Entrepreneurship (Strategic Planning), Public Relations

Phase 3: Business Expansion (Months "Learn to Scale Operations"

Your Role: Strategic Expansion Coordinator

Daily Reality: Assist in expanding Zibuke into new territories (potentially international), analyse market risks, adapt strategies for different regions and cultures.

Logbook Coverage: Entrepreneurship (International Expansion), Public Relations (Campaigns), Marketing Communication (Market Research)

The Finish Line & The "Diploma Gap"

We know the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) takes time to issue diplomas. Once your 18 months are up, we won't leave you unemployed while you wait for the paperwork. You will continue working with us (provided you met requirements) while we wait for your diploma to arrive

Compensation: Performance-Based Reality

Potential Monthly Earnings (Phases 2-3): R4,000 + R10,000 ongoing commissions = R14,000+
