Hiring: Junior Recruiter/Database Administrator

6 Month Contract (Entry Level)

With the potential to grow into a Full Recruitment Consultant role

We're on the hunt for someone sharp, proactive, and detail-driven to join a client based in the UK. This role is all about
bringing order to chaos
and helping this company reconnect with over
5,000+ clients and contacts
across their database.

If you love keeping things organized, enjoy engaging with people over the phone or LinkedIn, and want a foot in the door to the world of recruitment – this could be your perfect start.

Main Duties:

  • Updating, cleaning, and coding client & candidate data in the system
  • Ensuring details like company matchups, email addresses, mobile numbers, and LinkedIn profiles are 100% accurate
  • Reaching out to clients and candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and messages to verify information
  • Working with the Fyrefish process map to track and streamline activity
  • Hitting activity targets (800–1000+ data updates/calls/messages per week)

You will be taking a competency test as part of your onboarding

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and organized (you'll be the one spotting mismatches and errors others miss)
  • Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • A self-starter who thrives on targets and structure
  • Recruitment Experience
  • important to have a solid understanding
  • Basic UK Recruitment Experience
  • you will be cold calling and connecting with individuals within the UK market, very important to have an understanding on the market you will be working in

The Details:

  • Fully Remote - need to reside in South Africa
  • It is a
    6 month contract
    with possible extension
  • Salary - up to ZAR p/month
