Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and visionary Senior Graphic Designer with six years of experience to join our team. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team and overseeing the development of creative assets across various channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life and ensure that our visual identity is consistent, cohesive, and impactful.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design team in developing creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  2. Oversee the development of visual assets for marketing materials, including but not limited to website graphics, social media content, digital advertisements, email campaigns, print materials, and product packaging.
  3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience needs.
  4. Manage the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  5. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers to foster their growth and development.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
  7. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all design assets and touchpoints.
  8. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to support design projects and initiatives.
  9. Manage design projects and resources effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  10. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and leadership teams, and incorporate feedback into design revisions as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  2. Minimum of six years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums and platforms.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software and tools.
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  5. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  8. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
