We're looking for a driven and dynamic Talent Analyst to join our team at our head office in Stellenbosch.

As a Talent Analyst, you'll partner with clients and candidates across diverse sectors, from finance and engineering to climate-tech and sustainability, to deliver strategic, high-quality recruitment solutions that make a real difference.

This is a target-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys building relationships, and has the commercial mindset needed to succeed in a sales-focused recruitment environment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's Degree is highly advantageous
  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment or a background in sales or consulting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 360° recruitment processes: client briefings, sourcing, interviews, placements
  • Engage with mission-driven clients to understand workforce needs and build talent strategies
  • Identify and attract top-tier candidates through strategic sourcing and engagement
  • Provide consultative hiring advice, including salary benchmarks, market insights, and long-term planning
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
  • Collaborate internally to improve processes, share insights, and build sector knowledge
  • Use tools (ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) effectively to manage pipelines and workflows
