Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in Johannesburg.

The salary range on offer is between R600k - R800k p/a.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of commercial contracts.
  • Review and vet all legal agreements received from third parties, service providers, and clients.
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc legal advice on competition law and a wide range of other legal matters.
  • Provide support to the business in handling commercial litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • LLB and an Admitted Attorney.
  • A minimum of 2 years' post-articles experience, either at a law firm or in-house, with solid expertise in commercial contract drafting and commercial litigation.
  • Exposure to competition law is a must.
