Job Description/ Role Overview

Join our dynamic team to drive the acquisition of new projects as an Affiliate Procurement Role – Proposal Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new project opportunities and crafting compelling proposals to secure contracts in various sectors. Your work will focus on identifying potential projects, building relationships with clients, and developing high-quality proposals to support our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new project opportunities through market research, networking, and industry connections.
• Develop and write persuasive proposals, bids, and tender documents tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical insights and data to strengthen proposals.
• Maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing project pipelines.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform procurement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal writing, business development, or procurement in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and client-focused proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
