We're looking for an Advertising Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and knows how to turn platform data into actionable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns across multiple social platforms using the correct targeting, formats, budgets, and objectives aligned with media plans and client briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure optimal pacing, budget utilisation, and progress toward client goals.
• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively share optimisation recommendations with the Campaign Manager.
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting outlining performance results, learnings, and strategic takeaways.
• Act as the advertising point of contact, confidently answering questions and guiding both internal teams and clients where necessary.

Stay ahead of platform updates and trends, proposing new ideas, tests, and approaches that can elevate campaign performance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to maintain an overview while managing multiple moving parts.
• High stress resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Excellent numerical insight and confidence working with data.
• Task-oriented leadership; taking responsibility for execution and quality.
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
