What You'll Do

  • Be the Architect of Financial Success:
    Design and execute financial strategies that align with our bold business goals.
  • Lead with Insight:
    Provide expert financial guidance to stakeholders, ensuring compliance and clarity in every decision.

    Develop, manage, and optimize departmental budgets to keep us on track and ahead of the curve.

    Analyze ROI, monitor metrics, and implement improvements that make a real difference.
  • Grow People, Grow Impact:
    Lead a talented team, inspire development, and champion excellence in everything we do.
  • Innovate & Stay Ahead:
    Keep up with legislative, taxation, and compliance trends to protect and propel our business.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5–8 years in strategic financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus
  • Skills:
    • Analytical & critical thinking
    • Financial risk management
    • Strategic planning & communication
  • Business Savvy: Understand customer and product portfolios, financial performance metrics, and location strategy.
