The key purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the local Supply Chain — including Procurement, Supply, and Logistics while driving Procurement value contribution and ensuring excellent service delivery to AB InBev. The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This includes optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to support overall business performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Packaging categories – glass, cans, crowns, labels, films, corrugates, folding cartons, crates, glue, pallets, consumables and other packaging​

  • Support the development of category strategies within the packaging category (glass, metals, plastics, paper, wood and other packaging)​

  • Successful execution of the strategies developed by the Sourcing Managers​

  • Provide Regional implementation support for categories managed by the Global Procurement Office (GPO)​

  • End-to-end responsibility for the Implementation of Sourcing Strategies and Contractual Agreement sin the Categories​

  • Manage, coach, support a team of Country Procurement Managers on implementation of the Category Strategies and Agreements​

  • Recommend embed ways of working for procurement interface with all stakeholders in the business​

  • Provide commercial advice and work jointly with internal stakeholders in ensuring introduction ofbest practice and management of procurement principles​

  • Manage stakeholder relationship between GPO, RPO, Supply, Commercial, Logistics, Corporate Affairs and Finance and other key stakeholder to ensure maximum benefit is obtained for the Zone​

  • Support and manage the LE, Budget and execution of projects​

  • Manage day to day Supplier relationships and resolve supplier contractual disputes and security of supply risks​

  • Ensure security of supply of all packaging materials in BU South​

  • Support and manage the LE, Budget and commodity hedges for packaging Category in BU South​

  • Responsible for all operational elements related to Sourcing executions in the country ​

  • Responsible to support the development of category strategies within the categories​

  • Responsible for the successful execution of the strategies developed by the Sourcing Managers​

  • Support strong and robust procurement infrastructure aimed at optimizing purchasing activities, aligned with Regional and Global infrastructure.​

  • Analyzing cost effectiveness and directing cost control activities including budget review, profit forecast, purchase price variance against budget​

  • Manage, coach, support a team of Country Procurement Managers on implementation ofthe Strategies and Agreements​

  • Drive value creation initiatives within the space including Champions and sustainability ​

  • Manage, develop and drive continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.​

  • Provide support for the development of category practices and objectives, including support in relation to sourcing strategy definition, deployment, and stakeholder management​

  • Manage Supplier relationships and resolve supplier contractual disputes and security of supply risks​

  • Support the implementation of global/ zone strategies in the country, to maximize opportunities, understand total cost of ownership savings and procurement value contribution. Collaboration with Regional and Global Category Managers / Directors​

  • Ensure all materials required for the demand plans are delivered on time and in full​

  • Lead the implementation and execution of PROMS in the packaging category​

Key Attributes and Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiplestakeholders and teams​

  • Strong contract knowledge and negotiation skills​

  • Strong people, leadership and presentation skills​

  • Finance and accounting allowing the ability to run/read analysis P&L and balancesheet​

  • Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful,and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding across differentlevels ​

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Procurement strategic sourcing methodologies​

Minimum Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering and/or commerce, logistics or other relevant discipline; or a relevant combination of formal qualifications and additional specialized study; a recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset​

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement, Logistics or Supply. In depth knowledge of procurement, supply chain, finance and logistics​

  • Consumer Goods experience and Alco-Bev industry experience will be advantageous​

  • Knowledge of all relevant legislative requirements and familiar with local market environments​

  • Sound knowledge of Procurement systems such as Ariba, Anaplan, Syspro and SAP​
