We are seeking a
Pest Control Specialist

The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving new business, building strong customer relationships, and establishing our pest control solutions as a key growth area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • A minimum of a National diploma in Sales or Environmental Health or related field is advantageous
  • Registered with the Department of Agriculture as a Pest Control Operator is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2–3years in the pest control industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the pest control portfolio within the Hygiene division.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and propose tailored pest control solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals aligned to client needs and compliance standards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and technical aspects of pest control services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service excellence and a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform product positioning and strategic decisions.
  • Submit accurate reports, forecasts, and sales documentation in a timely manner.
