Senior Plans Examiner

Requirements

  • A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in any Built Environment

discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at appropriate level.
  • Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations

and SANS standards and requirements

  • Computer literacy in MS Office Applications
  • A valid Code B/EB driver's

Key Performance Areas

  • Process building development applications
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, requirements

and laws

  • Perform administration duties
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
