Lean Guerilla (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture initiatives across application, integration, and data domains. The successful candidate will design secure, cost-effective, and scalable solutions that align with business goals and comply with enterprise architecture standards, information security policies, and privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across cloud, integration, and data environments.


• Design and govern high-level and detailed architecture artefacts including data models, NFRs, and integration blueprints.


• Ensure alignment to enterprise reference architectures, governance standards, and design principles.


• Partner with delivery teams, engineers, and vendors to ensure buildability, compliance, and reusability.


• Embed information security and privacy controls into all design decisions.


• Maintain architecture decision registers, contribute to pattern libraries, and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience


• Minimum of 10 years' experience in solution or enterprise architecture.


• Proven capability across applications, integration, and data domains.


• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.


• Strong understanding of API management, data modelling, and security-by-design.


• Experience producing high-level designs, NFRs, and architecture documentation.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.


• TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
