Casual General Workers (Grinding / Wrapping / Cleaning / Assembly)

Salary: R5 000 – R7 000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking Casual General Workers to assist with daily workshop tasks. Responsibilities include grinding, wrapping finished products, cleaning, general fitting/assembly, and supporting the production team.

This role offers a chance to learn quickly, gain practical workshop skills, and grow into a stable full-time position within a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic grinding using flap discs, grinding discs, and cutting discs
• Wrapping and preparing products for delivery
• Cleaning, sweeping, and organising the workshop
• Assisting with assembly and general fitting
• Following safety guidelines and completing tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Previous workshop or manual labour experience is beneficial (not required)
• Ability to take instructions and work well in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
