The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor projects, identify risks and issues, and implement timely mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the MIS team to validate project requirements.
  • Oversee all phases of system development, including implementation and testing.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities to ensure the delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation: project plans, RAID logs, Standard Operating Procedures and status reports.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

  • B.Com Information Systems degree, project management or similar degree.
  • Proven track record in managing MIS or IT development projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Experience in the Poultry Industry or FMCG will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, , MangeEngine).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and planning skills are required.
  • Have a valid code 8/EB driver's license as well as reliable transport.
