Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and passionate Kindergarten Teacher with a minimum of two years of experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning atmosphere, implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, and supporting the holistic development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity.
  • Develop lesson plans that align with the kindergarten's curriculum and learning goals.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
  • Uphold the values and vision of Sam Kindergarten while adhering to Bahrain's educational standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
  • Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
