As a Financial Manager, you'll step into a role that balances hands-on accounting with strategic exposure. You'll gain full financial function experience, work closely with senior leadership, and get your hands on real operational numbers that tell real stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the full finance function, from reporting to compliance and cash flow management.
  • Partner with operations to track project costs, budgets, and profitability.
  • Prepare and analyse management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight-driven reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and internal controls, and assist with audit readiness.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education: Newly qualified CA(SA) or completing articles soon.
  • Experience: Completed SAICA articles.
  • Skills: Strong Excel proficiency; exposure to project-based or construction accounting advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: Hands-on, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a leadership track.
