Your Role

  • Lead a team of 30 kitchen staff including junior and senior sous chefs.

  • Ensure world-class food quality and presentation across all services: weddings, events, buffets, à la carte dining, and room service.

  • Train, mentor, and develop your team to uphold Brahman Hills' standards of excellence.

  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement.

  • Play a key role in creating memorable experiences for weddings and events from 100 to 400+ guests.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury banqueting kitchens.

  • Formal culinary diploma (or higher).

  • Proven experience managing weddings and events of 100–400+ guests.

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for extraordinary guest experiences.
