Senior Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing team on a
contract basis
.

We're a dynamic staffing agency dedicated to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across various industries. As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, guiding clients through the hiring process, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement for professional and technical roles.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and delivery excellence.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using advanced tools, platforms, and networks.
  • Facilitate shortlisting, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement and recruitment best practices.
  • Support project-based recruitment drives and proposal development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience
    in agency or corporate recruitment, with a proven record of successful placements.
  • Honours or Master's degree
    in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, assessment tools, and employment trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
