The Opportunity

As our HRBP, you'll act as a strategic partner to Logimeter's leadership team, aligning our people strategy with our business objectives. You'll help attract, develop, and retain top talent while cultivating a high-performance, values-driven culture.

What You'll Do

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Lead initiatives in performance management, culture building, and organisational design.

Drive employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planning.

Use data and analytics to influence people discussions and close capability gaps.

Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with South African Labour Law.

Manage recruitment and onboarding to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

Champion employer branding and internal communication initiatives.

Review, implement and optimise HR SaaS tools and systems.

Contribute to Employment Equity (EE), BEE certification, and workforce reporting.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role.

8- 10 years HR experience.

Deep knowledge of South African Labour Law and the Employment Equity Act.

Proven experience in performance management, compensation, and change management.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.

Resilient, proactive, and results-driven attitude.

Google Suite proficiency, experience with Payspace is highly advantageous.
