About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Clerk to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial administration, data capturing, reconciliations, and general accounting support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Support the preparation of financial reports
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments and queries
- Perform general administrative and office duties as required
Requirements:
- No formal qualification required
- 2–3 years relevant experience OR recently completed studies in accounting/finance (or currently studying part-time)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial administration
- Good computer skills (Excel and basic accounting systems experience advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently
