Are you a passionate and creative stylist/visual merchandiser with a knack for styling eye-catching displays? We are looking for a visual merchandiser who will be responsible for planning and creating attractive visual displays that align with the brand's identity and retail environment. You will use your design skills and knowledge of current trends to drive foot traffic and enhance the overall store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing retail displays that enhance the store's aesthetic and brand image.
• Keep up to date with current design and retail trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Utilize product knowledge to create displays that highlight key items and products.
• Exhibit strong spatial awareness to optimize display spaces.
• Apply merchandising techniques, including focal points, color theory, and product flow, to create eye-catching displays.
• Forecast trends and incorporate them into seasonal and promotional setups.
• Communicate effectively with store managers and staff to ensure displays are set up efficiently and meet sales objectives.
• Work within deadlines, managing time effectively to execute display setups promptly.
• Use problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in display creation and presentation.

• Expertise in designing and creating visually appealing displays.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles such as focal points, color theory, and product flow.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong marketing understanding to create displays that drive sales.
• Trend forecasting abilities to stay ahead of retail trends.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail merchandising experience (preferred).
• Grade 12 education (required).
• An Ndip in Interior Design or a related qualification will be advantageous.

Salary: Market related.
