Remote International Sales Executive – Commission Based (Part-Time)

About Us

Auralis Solutions is a Zambian-registered ICT and digital marketing agency operating fully remotely. We support SMEs and brands across Africa and internationally through website development, social media management, ICT systems, and other digital solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for self-driven Remote International Sales Executives to join our global team. Your core responsibility will be to source and convert international clients, build long-term relationships, and consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and contact potential clients globally via email, social media, phone calls, and other outreach.
  • Reach a minimum of 150 client contacts per week.
  • Meet and exceed a $1,000 weekly and $4,000 monthly new business sales target.
  • Submit daily sales reports summarizing outreach and progress.
  • Collaborate with management to hand over closed clients for onboarding and project execution.

Compensation

  • 20% one-time commission on every successful new business sale (Website Development, Social Media Management, ICT services, etc.).

Requirements

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, ICT, Communications, or any relevant field (preferred).
  • Additional sales or digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or telesales.
  • Experience selling digital services (optional but highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

General Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, mobile device, reliable internet, and stable power supply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
