Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily front-of-house operations, maintaining our high service standards.
  • Drive a passionate team to deliver remarkable guest and dining experiences, from arrival to departure.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all service aspects.
  • Manage stock control and inventory with efficiency and precision.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure smooth operations and uphold our brand values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven success in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
  • Strong track record in stock control and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, from staff presentation to service quality.
  • Ability to handle pressure gracefully while ensuring a polished, welcoming atmosphere.
