A leading South African media intelligence firm is currently looking for an immediately available Facility Manager to join their finance team for a permanent position. You will mostly perform accounting work related to expenses, budgeting and cash flow management.

Duties:
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and advise on financial efficiency related to facility operations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Daily planning, monitoring, and controlling of cash inflow and outflow.
  • Manage, track, and report on the expenses across multiple entities within a group.
  • Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts for all group entities, to aid in financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • CA(SA) required
  • 4+ years' experience in a group facility management role
  • Exposure to a JSE company (preferred)
