Develop detailed technical architecture and infrastructure for the SSE solution.

Create a comprehensive implementation plan, considering dependencies and milestones.

Develop automation scripts and workflows for the deployment and configuration of SSE components as needed.

Ensure consistent and reproducible infrastructure deployment.

Integrate with existing monitoring systems.

Establish logging mechanisms to capture relevant operational data.

Implement security measures and policies for the SSE environment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide support structures for the operation of the SSE solution.

Create detailed technical documentation for the SSE infrastructure.

Train and support the operations team in managing the SSE solution.

Provide technical support during PoCs for the SSE solution.

Manage internal operations and technical maintenance, including platform development, 24/7 standby, and network policy management.

Provide technical guidance during the RFI and RFQ processes.

Develop an operational concept for the SSE.

Troubleshoot network and security incidents performing root cause analysis and remediation.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

Degree in IT or relevant experience.

3 to 5+ years' IT Infrastructure experience.

Network certification

Agile working experience (Mandatory).

SASE/SSE Certification

Essential Skills Requirements:

Understanding of Network Architecture: Familiarity with network design principles and concepts.

Basic Knowledge of SASE/SSE Architectures.

Knowledge of Firewalling and VPN Technologies.

Awareness of Zero Trust Concepts.

Understanding of identity management and security practices.

Basic knowledge of components such as SD-WAN, CASB, ZTNA, SWG, etc.

Working with APIs, monitoring and logging tools.

Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

Experience in Network Infrastructure Projects: Previous involvement in network-related projects is a plus, but not mandatory.

Basic experience with client management systems or cloud technologies is beneficial.
