Requirements and Experience
- Grade 12 certificate
- Valid code EB driver's license with at least 5 years with no endorsements
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Ability to do physical work
- Of sober nature
- Reliable person with good time management and good standards of neatness as you should be presentable and able to deal with customers
- Excellent track record and contactable references
- Criminal and Credit Checks will be done on short listed candidates as clean record is needed
Duties and responsibilities
Assist with receiving vehicles from transport carriers.
- Conduct vehicle inspection checks and accurately record VIN numbers.
- Keep track of and safeguard all vehicle keys.
- Move vehicles between workstations as required.
- Support colleagues with their duties when not engaged in driving or delivery tasks.
- Do final vehicle inspection when vehicles are finished before loaded to vehicle carriers.
