Calling all marketing technologists A global industry leader is seeking a sharp and technical Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to lay the foundation for our digital department. This pivotal role is for a data-driven problem-solver who lives and breathes CRM integration, email marketing, and workflow automation.
 
If you are the go-to person for all things Marketo, Salesforce, and lead scoring, we want you. You won't be maintaining existing systems you'll be building them from scratch, requiring immediate impact and expert-level skills.

Marketing Automation Platforms: Deep, hands-on proficiency with Marketo (highly preferred), HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You can build sophisticated workflows in your sleep
CRM Management & Integration: Proven experience with Salesforce CRM. You understand how to sync data, manage lead flows, and bridge the gap between marketing and sales
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: A track record of designing and executing high-performing email campaigns that convert. You know how to segment, personalize, and automate for maximum engagement
Data Analytics & Performance: You don't just run reports; you derive meaning from them. You're skilled with Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools to track MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI
Testing & Optimization: You are methodical in your approach to A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and lead capture forms to continuously improve results

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a dedicated marketing automation or MarTech role
Concrete examples of automation workflows you have built and managed
Solid understanding of digital marketing compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
A proactive, builder mentality. You're ready to hit the ground running and make your mark
