Job Duties:
Conduct an ERM maturity assessment (existing practices, gaps, opportunities).

Develop and implement an ERM Framework, including:

  • ERM Policy & Procedure
  • Risk Appetite & Tolerance Statements
  • Delegation of Accountability (roles & responsibilities)
  • Templates (risk register, heat maps, reports)
  • Facilitate enterprise-level risk workshops covering:
  • Strategic risks
  • Operational risks (Project / Development / ESG / Legal / Finance, etc.)

Software enablement/integration:

  • Recommend and assist with setting up ERM software (e.g., , CLM, Risk software)
  • Configure dashboards, heat maps, automated reporting

Skills transfer & capacity building for internal teams:

  • Training materials
  • Live workshop training
  • Handover documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree

Experience:

  • 10+ years' experience in risk management, internal audit, or governance (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or utilities).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise risk frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of internationally accepted risk management standards, for example ISO 31000, COSO, and risk-based auditing.
  • Advanced analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication and report development capability.
