Job DescriptionWe are looking for a consultant who would be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of custom SAP solutionsusing ABAP and related SAP technologies. This role ensures that technical solutions align with business requirements, SAP bestpractices, and overall system architecture standards. The ABAP Lead provides technical leadership to a team of developers and worksclosely with functional, integration, and basis teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across SAP S/4HANA and ECCenvironments.Minimum requirement8–12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including 3+ years in a lead or senior developer role.Experience and skillHands-on experience in S/4HANA ABAP on HANA development, including CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA optimization techniques.Expertise in SAP interfaces and integration technologies (IDoc, OData, BAPI, RFC, Web Services).Solid experience in Enhancement Framework, User Exits, BADIs, and custom module pool programming.Proven experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects.Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) is a strong plus.Ability to lead technical teams, manage workloads, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.RequirementsCertificationSAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver or ABAP for SAP S/4HANA (C_TAW12_xxx) – preferred.SAP Certified Development Specialist – ABAP for HANA – advantageous.SAP S/4HANA Conversion and System Upgrade training or certification – beneficial.Project Management / Agile certification (PMP, ScrumMaster, or SAP Activate) – optional but advantageous.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
