As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a talented Email Marketing Executive based in South Africa to join our remote team and help deliver high-performing digital campaigns for clients in the UK, US, and beyond.

The Role

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will create, manage, and optimize engaging email campaigns that drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure every campaign meets objectives and aligns with client branding and tone.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa while being part of a dynamic, innovative UK-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns for multiple client accounts using tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Develop segmented mailing lists to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Write compelling subject lines and email copy that align with each client's voice and marketing goals.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and content to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually engaging emails.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, POPIA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or communications, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail and brand tone.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and performance analytics.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret results to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms like , Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS for emails is an advantage but not essential.
