Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Branch Consultant, based in Durban. The Branch Consultant will engage with clients to provide financial solutions, onboard new customers, and maintain long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing appropriate advice on services and products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves administrative duties and achieving sales targets aligned with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Client interaction, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Consultation, advisory, and customer relationship management skills
  • Organization, planning, and administrative skills
  • Sales, marketing, and promotional experience
  • Financial services experience or knowledge is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets on a consistent basis
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications is a plus
