Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.
We've got big plans for the French market and this is a unique opportunity to help build a sales team, focused on driving growth with our customers in France. You will be at the heart of creating a high-performance team, passionate about delivering results.

What you'll do
- Work side by side with our Sales Director to ensure the team's performance meets (and exceeds) overall targets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Partnerships to maximize lead conversion and sales success.
- Define KPIs and clear performance goals, and inspire your team to exceed them.
- Lead from the front: join calls, close deals, and show the team how it's done.
- Keep our CRM data impeccable: clean, accurate, and always up to date.
- Analyze performance to identify trends, spot opportunities, and maintain strong results.
People management is key
- Inspire, motivate, and guide your team to achieve sales excellence every day.
- Be a role model with top-level skills, behaviors, and results.
- Partner with the recruitment team to attract exceptional talent and set them up for success from day one.
- Conduct regular 1:1s to coach, support, and guide both top performers and those who need an extra boost.
- Foster a feedback-driven culture where call listening, training, and development are a natural part of the daily routine.
- Work with HR to resolve personnel issues fairly, constructively, and with integrity.
- Communicate changes clearly and ensure the entire team adopts them.
What you need to succeed
- Startup mindset
– You've led B2C sales teams in startups or fast-growth companies. You know the chaos, urgency, and adrenaline—and you thrive in it - Proven track record
– You don't just hit targets, you exceed them. And you know how to lead your team to do the same. - Tech-savvy
– Confident using sales CRMs and digital tools (bonus points if you know HubSpot). - Commercial and analytical mindset
– Ability to make smart, quick decisions. - Strong analytical skills
– Comfortable with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. - Resilience
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. - Commitment to company values
– And a genuine drive to make a real impact. - Intermediate to advanced English
– You'll work with French-speaking clients, but English is our common business language, so you need to communicate confidently in both languages. - Location & Schedule
– Based in our office in Cape Town supporting our French markets means working French local hours (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). The team will operate 7 days a week on a rotating 5-day schedule, which may include occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
