We're a PropTech company on a mission to transform the property industry through innovative software solutions from property management systems and tenant portals to real estate analytics. We're looking for an experienced QA/Testing Manager to lead our quality assurance function, scale our testing capabilities, and ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

As QA/Testing Manager, you'll lead and mentor a talented QA team, building scalable processes and setting clear quality goals that align with business objectives. You will oversee recruitment, development, and performance management of QA engineers and automation specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will define and implement QA strategies across our PropTech product suite, ensuring best practices, standards, and comprehensive test coverage across web, mobile, and API environments. Driving automation initiatives and integrating QA within CI/CD pipelines will be key to your success.

From a technical standpoint, you'll manage testing for core PropTech features including property data, payment systems, and integrations, while leading performance, security, and accessibility testing initiatives. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, and coordinate all testing activities for major releases to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments.

Requirements

  • ISTQB certification, 5+ years in software testing and QA, 3+ years managing QA teams
  • Prior SaaS or tech product experience
  • Experience with both manual and automation testing, ensuring quality across all aspects of software delivery.
  • Strong experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia), automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress), CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Grails
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
PropTech or real estate technology experience, performance testing tools (JMeter, k6), and security testing knowledge
