They are seeking a Marketing Manager to be based at a major retail centre housing over 100 tenants. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing both short- and long-term strategic marketing plans. From exhibitions and promotions to events, you'll lead the coordination and execution, ensuring every initiative runs seamlessly. You'll also develop and manage budgets, liaise with vendors and external contractors, and oversee all digital marketing materials and campaigns, including website updates and performance reporting. Additionally, you'll assist with tenant communications and engagement to ensure the centre's marketing aligns with business goals.

To be considered, you should reside in or around Richards Bay and bring at least four years of experience as a marketing professional within retail property. A matric certificate and relevant degree are required. Your drive, exceptional communication skills, financial acumen, and proficiency with graphic tools will be key to thriving in this role.
