We are looking for a motivated
Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
    (Engineering background preferable)
  • 2–3 years relevant experience
    in construction or engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of measurement principles, cost control, and contract administration
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WinQS and DimX
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
  • Assisting with tender documentation and evaluations
  • Monitoring project costs and preparing progress valuations
  • Supporting senior QSs and project managers with reporting and cost management
