Job Description
Essence of the job: 
To manage and track information and system/process performance by ensuring data integrity and correct financial reporting. To ensure the information flows and interfaces to and from various systems used by various departments and ensure that those information supports strategic financial performance management. Clarify questions about data and look for trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets, identifying actionable insights that can make a tangible impact. Compile, distribute and interpret business information using specialized tools to collaborate this information to help business stakeholders make informed decisions, which includes but not limited to:
Database administration and management, JD Edwards, Performance management
System management and support
System integration and Reporting
Database development and validation of data
Systems optimization and Business information
User training facilitation
SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work
Work Ethics
 
Qualification:
(Essential unless otherwise indicated)
Grade 12
B. Degree / B. Tech Degree or Commerce in Business Informatics (NQF level 7)
Diploma in Business systems / Business information.
 
Minimum Requirements:
(Essential unless otherwise indicated)
Minimum of five (5) years operational Information systems / Business informatics experience.
Minimum of three (3) years operational System integration / data integrity experience.
Minimum of three (3) years SQL Script development experience.
