About the Role
: The Camp Manager will oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring guest satisfaction and staff performance in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities
:

  • Operational Management:
    Oversee day-to-day operations and guest movements, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Staff Management:
    Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Guest Services:
    Anticipate and cater to guest needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Safety and Security:
    Monitor health and safety throughout the camp, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Management:
    Manage budgets, costs, and financial controls to support business sustainability.

Qualifications
:

  • Experience:
    Previous experience as a Camp Manager or similar role in a luxury establishment (5-star).
  • Education:
    Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or related field (preferable).

Required Skills
:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • 3-5 years in a simiral role and industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS).

Preferred Skills
:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends.

: R R336000 CTC
